1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed, including details of the items purchased and the estimated delivery timeline.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Carriers: We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL to ensure timely and secure delivery.

  • Shipping Options: At checkout, you can select from the following shipping methods (availability may vary based on your location):

    • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (continental U.S.).

    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (continental U.S.).

    • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (select countries).

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. Any applicable taxes or customs duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental U.S. (where available).

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier-related issues.

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.

  • Delivery Attempts: Carriers will attempt delivery up to two times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be returned to a local facility for pickup or returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

4. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

  • International Shipping: We offer shipping to select countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and the European Union. Please check availability at checkout.

  • Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted regions due to carrier limitations or local regulations.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • IvaldiTech.com is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Shipments: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or provide a replacement or refund.

  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, subject to our Return Policy.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. IvaldiTech.com is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

8. Pre-Orders and Backordered Items

  • Pre-Orders: For pre-order items, the estimated shipping date will be provided at checkout. These items will ship once they become available.

  • Backordered Items: If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the estimated restock and shipping date. You may choose to wait or request a refund for the backordered item.
